The whole arrangement, without the legalese fog.
STANZA is a utility token for recognizing scholars and licensing their work. It is not an investment, and we make no promises about its value. Use the site, read everything, verify on-chain — that is the whole arrangement. By using spinwave.tech, you agree to these terms.
SpinWave is the database and storage layer of Glenride, an independent think tank. These terms cover spinwave.tech (“the site”). Glenride operates the site and the repository; changes to the mechanism go through the larger Glenride body — no single party moves the rules alone.
STANZA (0xf629f16ba91086e266accc417d10742f76207ba3) is an ERC-20 token on the Base blockchain. Its purpose is recognition: honoring scholars for manuscripts and datasets, and letting readers license that work directly. Amounts are counted in STANZA, never in dollars.
An earlier deployment, $SPIN (0x4c972afefa2e4552307b87cf944e53136c361ba3), launched September 27, 2026, never saw a single trade, and is superseded. For anything you do, verify, or hold, STANZA is the mode of data transfer, represented by monetary value or attested certificates.
STANZA is not an investment, a security offering, or a promise of profit. We make no promises about its value, and nothing on this site is financial advice. Recognition balances are pending until Phase 1 — counted, not paid, and not withdrawable, transferable, or spendable until then.
Live: the STANZA token contract, the Uniswap V4 pool position, and this trust layer. Not yet live: the repository itself — scholar uploads, review, and reader licensing arrive in Phases 1 and 2. The mechanism pages describe the frozen spec: what is decided, not what is shipped.
The pool has seen no trades since deployment. Until a market forms, there is no price.
You must be at least 18 years old to interact with the token or connect a wallet. The informational pages may be read by anyone.
Your wallet, your keys. Never share a seed phrase — with us or anyone. We will never ask for it.
Verify the contract. STANZA lives only on Base at the address above. An unrelated token on Solana also calls itself “SPIN,” and other tokens on other chains may use similar names. Anything else wearing the name is not ours.
Transactions are irreversible. Anything you sign on Base cannot be undone.
Know your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live, including tax obligations. If interacting with tokens is restricted where you are, don’t.
Use the site lawfully. No abuse, no interference with the site’s operation, nothing that infringes the rights of others.
The site’s text, design, and the SpinWave fox mark belong to Glenride. You may quote and share our pages with attribution — sunlight is the point — but you may not present modified versions as ours, use our marks to imply endorsement, or misrepresent the token, the contracts, or the mechanism.
The site links to and reads from third parties — Uniswap, BaseScan, public Base RPC endpoints, Google Fonts. They operate under their own terms; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they do. Leaving our pages means leaving our promises.
The site and everything on it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work in the open and verify on-chain, but we don’t warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Smart contracts, liquidity, and regulation all carry risk — interact accordingly.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Glenride and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the token — including anything that happens in your wallet, on Base, or on third-party services. If you don’t accept that, don’t use the site.
These terms may be updated as the repository is built. Material changes will be dated here — check the “Last updated” line; that’s the record. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
